Modern management of dysmenorrhoea
Authors
Abstract
Dysmenorrhoea is a common problem for young women and adolescents. Most patients have no underlying pathology and management is therefore aimed at reassurance and symptom relief, although referral may sometimes be necessary where underlying disease is suspected. The authors outline the treatment options available. Copyright © 2009 Wiley Interface Ltd
