Intradetrusor botulinum toxin injections for overactive bladder
Authors
Abstract
Over the past few years, the potential therapeutic benefits of botulinum toxin in the urinary tract have been exploited, although on an ‘off‐licence’ basis. The authors demonstrate a typical case of the use of botulinum toxin type A in a patient with idiopathic detrusor overactivity. Copyright © 2008 Wiley Interface Ltd.
