Abstract
The authors present the case of a man with squamous cell carcinoma arising from lichen sclerosus. This case highlights the importance of close follow‐up in all cases of lichen sclerosus in view of the small risk of malignant transformation. Copyright © 2008 Wiley Interface Ltd
